COVID-19 Updates

It is extremely important to to protect both our clients and ourselves once we reopen.  Please see below a few changes we will be putting in place.


Starting Friday, June 26th at 6PM per Tarrant County Executive Order - all employees and clients are REQUIRED to wear a mask. 

Who has to wear a mask, and when do you need to wear it?
The order urges anyone 10 years or older to wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth anywhere in public where it is difficult to keep six feet of separation. It REQUIRES that masks be worn in Tarrant County businesses that provide goods or services to the public, as well as outdoor areas where 100 people or more are present. Please note: The CDC does not recommend face coverings for children under 2 years old.

When don't you need to wear a mask?
• When eating or drinking
• When receiving a service where the wearing of a face covering would impair the performance of the service (i.e. receiving a facial)
• If wearing a mask poses a “significant mental or physical health risk” to the individual

Can you be fined for not wearing a mask?
Businesses can be fined up to $1,000 for each violation of the order if they do not "develop and implement" a health and safety policy within five days of when the order goes into effect. The order goes into effect at 6 p.m. June 26, so businesses must have their policies in place by Wednesday, July 1.

How long does the order last?
The order is in effect until 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3. Please note that it may be extended, modified, or ended early by Judge Whitley.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charge 50% of full service amount. Your appointment will be marked as a no show and charged if we cannot reach you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
As of right now we will have reduced/temporary hours.

During Appointments
As much as we want to catch up and talk with our clients, we need to reduce the amount of droplets in the air. Therefore, we must remain mindful. The consultations and aftercare recommendations will be done before and after you lay down.
We will not have clients waiting in the waiting area for their appointments.  Please wash your hands upon arrival, we will also have hand sanitizer available as soon as you enter and exit the shop.

We will now offer a contact-less checkout process.
We do suggest you pre-book you next appointments before leaving, but you may also call us after your appointment is over to book.
Our receptionist will sanitize the door after every client walks out.
Credit Card gratuity will still be available.
For cash gratuities, we will have cash envelopes and pens available for you. You will write who the gratuity will belong to on the outside of the envelope.
All Estheticians/Lash Artist and front desk will be wearing masks and gloves.
 We will require all clients to wear a mask.
Cleaning Procedures
As licensed professionals, we are trained in preventing the spread of infectious diseases as required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. We have always had outstanding inspections and a super clean shop. During these times, however, we are heavily increasing our cleaning procedures and protocols to several times a day.
